Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large unpeeled apples, diced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Sprinkle
apples
with
lemon juice.
Add to apples and toss celery;
cover
and chill.
Just before serving add nuts and raisins.
Add and toss lightly mayonnaise.
Place lightly on crisp lettuce.
