Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening until shortening is pea sized. In measuring cup, mix egg,
    vinegar and water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    This rolls out 3 large crusts.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until light tan.
    This dough freezes well.
    A ball in a Ziploc bag in the freezer thawed, rolls and cooks fast.
