Overnight Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
5 Tbsp. flour
1 c. juice (from fruit)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. marshmallows
Preparation

Cook the eggs, flour, sugar and juice.
Stir continuously until thick.
Add the cream cheese and marshmallows.
Stir until dissolved.
Add the pineapple and oranges.
When cooled, fold in the Cool Whip.
Put in a dish and chill overnight.
