Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 garlic cloves
    1 1/2 c. rice
    3 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/3 c. salsa
Preparation
    In a 1 or 1 1/2-quart saucepan, place 2 tablespoons oil and 2 garlic cloves (cut in half).
    Apply heat and brown garlic, then remove.
    Add 1 1/2 cups rice and brown slightly.
    Add water, salsa and bouillon cubes.
    Bring to a boiling point; stir contents. Cover pot; turn heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
    (Do not uncover during 20 minutes.)
