Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 baked potatoes
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cubed, cooked chicken or ham
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
Preparation

Cut thin slice from top of each potato.
Carefully remove pulp.
Put pulp into mixing bowl; mash and set aside.
Keep potato shell warm.
Melt margarine in large saucepan.
Defrost green beans.
Add defrosted green beans, milk and soy sauce to margarine.
Heat slowly, stirring constantly.
Stir in sour cream, potatoes, meat and chestnuts.
Heat thoroughly, stirring lightly. Heap potato mixture into shells and garnish with paprika.
