Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box Pillsbury chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine

Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed.
Oil pan; sprinkle coconut on bottom of pan and nuts.
Pour cake batter on top of this.
Melt cream cheese, margarine and sugar together on top of stove.
Stir constantly until dissolved together and pour this on top of cake batter.
Bake for 30 or 35 minutes or until done at 350\u00b0.
Makes 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan or 2 (9-inch) layers.
