Angel Food Cake With Strawberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pt. strawberries
1 jar strawberry preserves
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. orange peel, cut in thin strips
9-inch angel food cake
fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Cut 8 strawberries in fans for garnish, slice remaining. Combine preserves, orange peel and juice.
Heat until preserves melt.
Decorate cake with berry fans and mint leaves.
Serve with strawberry sauce.
