Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken breast fillets
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 c. sliced onion
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Cut chicken in small strips or bite size pieces.
Place in dish; sprinkle with ginger.
Chill for 1/2 hour.
Add seasoned salt, brown sugar and pepper; mix well.
Heat oil in wok or nonstick skillet.
Add chicken mixture.
Stir-fry until almost done.
Add onion, bell pepper and soy sauce.
Stir-fry until chicken is tender.
Sprinkle lemon juice over mixture.
Remove from heat.
Yields 4 servings.
