Fried Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. jicama, chopped fine
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 whole onion (medium), chopped fine
    1 pkg. lumpia wrappers (try Menlo brand)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
Preparation
    Saute ground pork for 5 minutes, constantly stirring.
    Put pork in bowl and mix in all vegetables, onion, salt and pepper. Wrap mix in lumpia wrapper to desired size.
    Deep fry.
    Makes 15 to 20 pieces.
