Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

2 (32 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (32 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. pkg. sweet sausage
1 lb. pkg. hot sausage
4 green peppers, chopped
4 onions, diced
garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. basil
sugar to taste
Preparation

Fry sausage, onions and peppers; leave in oil.
Add 2 more tablespoons oil.
Add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil and sugar to taste.
Simmer several hours to thicken (do not drain oil).
Freezes well.
