Chicken Milk Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. fat drippings
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
pepper
Preparation

In a large skillet, mix chicken drippings (fat) with flour. Let cook until it bubbles.
Add milk, stirring while you add it so it will not lump.
Stir well to blend.
Add salt and sprinkle with pepper.
Cook and stir until mixture is smooth and thick.
