Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced peaches (8 medium)
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients into large bowl: peaches, sugar, tapioca, lemon juice and butter.
    Let stand while making pastry. Pour in fruit mixture.
    Bake on lower rack at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
