Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken, disjointed and skinned
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. dried oregano or tarragon, crushed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Arrange chicken in single layer in a baking dish.
Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano or tarragon and garlic powder; brush on chicken.
Cover and bake for 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove cover and brush with lemon-oil mixture.
Bake another 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika.
Serve.
