Low-Fat Cheese And Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

4 oz. low-fat shredded Swiss cheese
1 (9 oz.) pkg. imitation crab flakes
2 green onions, sliced (including tops)
3/4 c. egg substitute
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
9-inch unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Arrange cheese evenly in pastry shell.
Top with crab flakes and green onions.
Combine egg substitute, evaporated skim milk and spices.
Pour evenly over crab flakes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until set.
Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
