Jalapeno Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 or 7 potatoes, boiled in jackets
1 stick oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 roll jalapeno cheese
1 roll garlic cheese

Preparation

Peel and layer potatoes with thin strips of bell pepper and pimento.
Make sauce of milk, cheese, flour and margarine.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake about 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
