Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. quick oats (uncooked)
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Combine the first 8 ingredients.
    Form mixtures into large patties.
    Brown in butter in a large frying pan.
    Pour off grease. Pour soup and can of water over patties and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
