Low-Fat Raisin Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. skim or low-fat milk
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Stir in the oats.
    Combine egg whites, brown sugar, oil, milk, vanilla and raisins and add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Drop by teaspoon onto oiled (or Pammed) cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
    Use less flour if you prefer a thinner, flatter cookie.
