Chicken Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli flowerets
    1 head cauliflower
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
    1 stick corn oil margarine
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1 medium zucchini
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large pan or wok. When hot, add onions and chicken.
    Cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini and soy sauce.
    Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
