Creamy Chipped Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 jar dried beef (Armour), chopped
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine.
    Add flour and stir until well blended.
    Slowly add milk, constantly stirring.
    Once this starts to thicken, reduce heat and add beef. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
    Add salt and pepper if desired. Serve over biscuits or toast.
