Lemon Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. milk
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl,
    at
    high speed, beat eggs and granulated sugar until very thick\t(about\t5
    minutes).
    At
    low speed, beat in lemon juice and butter.
    Add flour mixture.
    Stir in milk just until mixed.
    Pour
    into greased 8-inch square pan.
    Place pan in shallow pan
    (cookie
    sheet with sides) on oven rack.
    Pour 1-inch hot water
    into
    pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until lightly
    brown.
    Cool
    for\t10 minutes and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Cut
    into squares.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
