Ingredients

1 lb. pizza dough
10 pitted Sicilian olives
1 lb. spinach, washed, wilted in frying pan and squeezed dry
1/2 Tbsp. red hot pepper flakes
1/4 c. olive oil
raisins
1/2 lb. Feta cheese
2 scallions, cut in small pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg beaten (brush over top)
Preparation

Oil cookie sheet or pizza pan.
With rolling pin, roll pizza dough on floured board as thick as pizza.
Spread spinach over rolled out dough.
Season with pepper flakes, raisins, Feta cheese, salt, oil and olives. Fold dough to form a pocket (log) and place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 3/4 hour.
