Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2/3 stick margarine
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    2 cans beef broth (undiluted)
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, chopped (optional)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine for a few minutes until tender but not brown. Add rice and cook for a few minutes longer, stirring constantly. Put rice and onions in a well greased 1-quart casserole. Add beef broth, mushrooms and soy sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Stir 2 to 3 times while cooking. Serves 6.
