Apple Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 one-inch thick pork chops
    2 apples
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim all fat from chops.
    Place chops in baking dish.
    Cut apples in half and remove cores.
    Place each half apple on a pork chop.
    Spread butter or margarine on each apple and sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon brown sugar, salt and pepper.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
