Babe Ruth Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter
    4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Combine syrup and sugar in pan and bring to a full boil; remove immediately from heat.
    Mix in peanut butter and cereal. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a double boiler.
    Spread as icing over the first mixture.
    Cool and cut into 2 x 2-inch squares.
