Lisa'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    1 tsp. ginger
    cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    Place chicken in a single layer in casserole.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except noodles or rice, and pour over chicken. Marinate at least 8 hours, refrigerated.
    Bake in pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning twice.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
