Marshmallow Bunnies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Line 15 x 10-inch pan with brown paper.
    Soften packages of gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
    In 2-quart saucepan, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup syrup and 1/3 cup water.
    Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves.
    Cook, without stirring, to soft ball stage (240\u00b0). Stir in gelatin and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Slowly add beaten egg white to syrup mixture, beating on high speed to make soft peaks.
    Spread candy into pan; let stand uncovered, overnight.
