Cheese Souffle Sandwiches(Brunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, crust removed
    12 slices sharp Cheddar cheese or American
    1 to 2 c. shredded meat or seafood (chicken, ham or crab)
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    white pepper to taste
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. corn or wheat flakes, crushed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Make 6 sandwiches, each with 1 slice bread, 1 slice cheese, meat and 1 slice bread.
    Place sandwiches in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
