Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium onions
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs well beaten
    1/4 cup green peppers
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    12 saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Slice onions and saute in margarine 10 minutes.
    Place a thin layer of onions and mushroom soup on crumbs.
    Repeat layers.
    Mix milk and eggs together and pour over layers. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add rest of cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
