Sweet Potato-Cashew Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes (2 lb.)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. broken cashews
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can peach slices, drained
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes in water 20 minutes or until tender. Drain, peel and cut crosswise into thick pieces.
Combine brown sugar, cashews, ginger and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Drain peaches well.
