Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. accent
Preparation
    Put roast in covered roaster and fill halfway with water. Add remaining ingredients. Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours or in crockpot
    until well done and tender.
