Beth'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced, peeled peaches or 2 (1 lb. 14 oz.) cans peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. reserved syrup (from peaches) or 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Drain peaches.
    Mix everything else together except butter. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
