Poached Salmon With Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 lemon, sliced
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 tsp. peppercorns
    4 (4 oz.) salmon steaks
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add salmon. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and let stand 8 minutes. Place salmon on platter.
    Serve with accompanying Horseradish Sauce.
