Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can or 2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the center of pie filling comes out clean.
Cool.
Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
