Tamale Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, diced
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 can corn
    4 tamales, diced
    garlic, chili powder and salt to taste
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese (Longhorn, sharp), grated
    1 can black olives, drained
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Add the tomato sauce, corn and tamales.
    Mix well on low heat. Add garlic, chili powder and salt to taste.
    Add half of the cheese and olives to the mixture.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and olives. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
