Filet Mercedes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 filet mignon portion (per person)
    fresh sliced mushrooms
    butter
    paprika
    cornstarch
    1 slice bacon (per meat portion)
    red cooking wine
    pepper
    orange juice
Preparation
    Melt a generous amount of butter and rub into meat portion. Sprinkle with a light amount of pepper and paprika and rub in. Wrap slice of bacon around the side of the filet.
    Hold in place with a toothpick.
    Place under broiler or on the grill to desired temperature.
    While cooking put mushrooms in pan and saute in butter or oil.
    Add up to 1/4 cup cooking wine.
    Add small amount of orange juice and boil.
    Add cornstarch to thicken to desired consistency.
    Add sauce over cooked filet and serve.
