Easy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
5 to 6 chopped green onions
1 tsp. horseradish
1 large and 1 small pkg. Carl Buddig beef (found in deli with sliced meats)

Preparation

Blend all together.
Reserve 1/2 of beef to roll cheese ball in.
Refrigerate overnight.
