Moist Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and add vinegar, vanilla and oil.
    Mix and then add the water.
    Mix until smooth.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan which has been greased and lightly floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    If making cupcakes, bake for 15 minutes.
