Pumpkin-Cheese Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 egg
1 1/3 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients; spread on unbaked pie shell.
