Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 c. raw chopped apples
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients well; fold in apples and pecans last.
    Dough will be stiff.
    Pour batter into 3 cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    You can also have a tube pan but you will need to increase your baking time by 10 minutes, testing with a toothpick to check to see if it's done.
