Tomato Soup To Can - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 bushel tomatoes
    10 onions
    6 green peppers
    1 c. flour
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes, onions and peppers until tender.
    Run this mixture through colander to make juice.
    Take out 2 pints of juice and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour this mixture back in the juice and heat to boiling, stirring to avoid sticking.
    Put soup in jars.
    Hot water bath pints 12 minutes and quarts 24 minutes.
