Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pt. creamed small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. grated Jack cheese
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 (8 oz.) cans diced California green chiles
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until light.
    Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter, blending smoothly.
    Stir in the chiles.
    Pour mixture into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Great as a main course, or cut into small squares as appetizers.
