Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 sprigs chopped parsley
    celery tops
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; cook gently until potatoes are tender.
    Put aside.
    Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk; add to stock.
    Put in blender. Add egg and heat.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
