Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Grate sweet potatoes finely.
    Mix all ingredients together. Bake in casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender and brown on top.
    Amounts of sugar and butter may be halved.
