Simple Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. can crushed tomatoes
2 1/2 c. dried onions
1 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. salt
3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients in large boiler.
Heat to boiling and turn down temperature to medium-low.
Cook two hours or until desired consistency.
(Longer cooking makes salsa thicker.)
Don't forget to stir often!
