Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. yellow squash
1 large onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1 small can sliced water chestnuts
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pkg. herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Cook squash and onion with salt and pepper until all liquid is out.
Cool.
Add cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water chestnuts.
Mix well.
Add margarine or butter (melted) to stuffing mix.
