Savory Ham And Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ham or Spam, sliced
6 c. cooked potato slices
Preparation

Saute onion in margarine.
Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk; cook until thick.
Add 1 1/2 cups (not all) cheese.
Stir until melted.
Toss in potatoes.
