Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bibb lettuce
    spinach
    small red onion, diced
    4 to 5 strips bacon
    1/2 small green pepper, diced or to taste
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    fresh mushrooms to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    pimentos, if desired to taste
    artichoke hearts, if desired to taste
Preparation
    Mix lettuce and spinach in equal parts, red onions and green peppers in serving bowl.
    Fry bacon; drain and crumble and sprinkle over lettuce.
    Add fresh mushrooms, sliced.
    Add Parmesan cheese and mix all ingredients.
