Low Cholesterol Brou Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sifted unbleached flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
    2 Tbsp. blackstrap molasses
    1 c. brou
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Place brou
    and
    milk
    in mixing bowl; stir.
    Let stored until cereal is softened
    (perhaps five minutes).
    Add egg, oil and molasses. Beat
    well;
    add
    sifted
    dry ingredients, stirring only
    until combined.
    Put
    butter
    evenly
    into
    six greased muffin tins. Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
