Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 or 3 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. round steak
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Put this mixture on both sides of steak.
    Preheat electric frypan to 350\u00b0.
    Put oil in skillet and brown steak on both sides.
    Lower heat to 260\u00b0 and cook 10 more minutes, turning occasionally.
    Place steak on platter.
    Add milk to skillet slowly, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thickened.
    Pour over steak and serve.
