Lemon Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
pinch of salt
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lemon rind, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Mix the ingredients in saucepan and add 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Cook over heat until clear and thick.
Cover with wax paper until cool.
